This Privacy Policy describes how Billy Kovalsky ("I", "me") handles information in connection with applications published on the monday.com Marketplace ("Apps").

This policy applies to all Apps published by Billy Kovalsky, currently including:

• Connected Board Navigator

What Data the App Accesses

The App accesses data within your monday.com account through monday's API, including:

• Items and their connected board relationships (Connect Boards column data)
• Board names and identifiers necessary to render navigation links

This data is accessed solely to render the navigation interface within monday.com. It is not stored, logged, or transmitted outside of monday's environment.

How Data Is Used

Data read from your monday.com account is used only to display the navigation view within the App. No data is retained after your session ends.

Third-Party Services

The App does not transmit your data to any third-party services. Paid subscriptions (Pro tier) are processed entirely through monday.com's Marketplace billing infrastructure — I do not collect or handle payment information directly.

Data Retention

The App stores no user data. All data displayed within the App is fetched live from monday's API on demand and discarded when the session ends.

Children's Privacy

The Apps are not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
