These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications published by Billy Kovalsky ("I", "me") on the monday.com Marketplace ("Apps"). By installing or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

Apps Covered

These Terms apply to all Apps published by Billy Kovalsky, currently including:

• Connected Board Navigator

Use of the Apps

The Apps are provided for use within your monday.com account in accordance with monday.com's own Terms of Service. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any App
• Use the Apps in any way that violates monday.com's Terms of Service or applicable law
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Apps

Free and Paid Tiers

Some Apps offer a free tier with limited functionality and a paid Pro tier with full access. Subscriptions are billed and managed through monday.com's Marketplace infrastructure. I reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not warrant that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to the Apps or Terms

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Apps at any time, and to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
